I checked out your "captured Google snapshot" - all that is is a list of all the names that puzzles have around the world. It does not claim that the puzzle name belongs to Conceptis. It is very helpful for puzzle solvers when looking for puzzles online to see where the different names are for the same puzzles. Jeez!

Strimko puzzles and Conceptis Chain Sudokus don't have the same features. I have tried both and the players work very different.

To make a good puzzle the design is not the most important thing. The individual puzzles can still be very disappointing if the way they are made is not thoroughly thought.

I have been an addicted puzzler on Conceptis website for almost 5 years and I know their puzzles have never errors and they are always logically solvable without any guessing. Of course I can not say anything about Strimko after my very limited experience.

Dave Green has never claimed that it is not similar to Strimko and I am totally lost about what Strimko really wants.

Your campaign has totally surprised me. I am quite an avid user on many of the platforms you are using for your spam attack and in my opinon you are mostly hurting yourself instead of making your point clear. Most users on these platforms are very much against all activity targeted other users or websites.

May 30--June 5, 2009
Conceptis Puzzles (Dave Green) informs Strimko authors (The Grabarchuk Family) that Conceptis decided to add Strimko to Conceptis portfolio under another name, and can create such puzzles by themselves. Strimko authors answer that they are ready to negotiate flexibly all possible terms and conditions. Conceptis does not make any partnership proposals to Strimko authors. The negotiations failed. Strimko authors warned Conceptis that if Conceptis use Strimko (under any name) with the same features, Strimko authors will understand that as a direct and clear infringement of Strimko authors' intellectual property rights.

Conceptis posts at their website a new Sudoku version showing its alias names--their (Chain Sudoku) and original (Strimko); see this captured Google's snapshot; ~700Kb. A few days later Conceptis removes Strimko name from their page. Conceptis pre-launches and launches Chain Sudoku.
